Welding and Assembly
What is the production capacity of our welding workshop?
In our welding workshop, we have the ability to produce a large quantity of high-quality parts within a reasonable timeframe. The production capacity depends on the type of work, materials, complexity of the parts, etc.
In general, we can handle welding and assembly projects of various sizes and production volumes, from custom projects and small quantities to large-scale production in high volumes. Additionally, our highly skilled and experienced team works efficiently to ensure that projects are completed on time and without compromising quality.
If you need more information about our production capacity or have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to assist you with your welding and assembly needs.
What materials can we weld for your company?
Carbon steel
It is one of the most common materials and is used in a wide range of applications. It is relatively easy to weld and is known for its strength and durability.
Corten steel
It is a type of weather-resistant steel and is often used in architectural and structural applications. Due to its unique characteristics, welding corten steel requires some expertise and skill to ensure proper welding.
Stainless steel
It is corrosion-resistant and is used in applications where high resistance to oxidation is required. Welding stainless steel can be slightly more complex than welding other materials due to its high thermal conductivity and low thermal expansion coefficient.
Aluminum
It is a lightweight and strong material used in a variety of applications, from aircraft manufacturing to shipbuilding. Welding aluminum can be challenging due to its high thermal conductivity and low density, but our workshop has skilled welders and specialized equipment to handle aluminum welding projects.
TIG Welding for Large-Sized Parts
TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) welding is a welding technique that utilizes an electric arc to melt and join metals, commonly used for welding thin and precise materials. However, it can also be used for large-sized parts, although it requires specialized equipment and careful technique.
In TIG welding, a non-consumable tungsten electrode is used to create an electric arc with the base metal. The welding process takes place in an inert gas atmosphere, such as argon, which protects the weld from contamination and enhances quality.
To weld large-sized parts using the TIG welding technique, a high-capacity power source, electrode cooling system, and welding manipulator are required to move the electrode along the weld joint. Additionally, various joint preparation methods can be employed, including beveling and milling, to ensure a strong and uniform bond.
TIG welding is a precise and controlled technique, requiring skill in maintaining arc speed and distance, controlling heat input, and using appropriate filler metal. The welder must also consider the type of material being welded, joint characteristics, and quality requirements.
We Offer Assembly Services in Addition to Welding
At Teklan, we can provide additional assembly services alongside welding, depending on the specific requirements of the client’s project. Our assembly services may involve installing welded parts into larger structures, integrating welded components into larger systems, and conducting testing and adjustments on parts and structures.
Furthermore, we can provide cutting, bending, machining, and surface finishing services as needed to complete the project. We have a team of experienced and skilled professionals who can deliver customized solutions to meet our clients’ needs.
Our goal is to provide comprehensive and efficient service so that our clients can successfully and seamlessly complete their projects. Therefore, if the client requires assembly services in addition to welding, we would be delighted to discuss their needs and offer tailored solutions.
