The objective of TEKLAN, S.L. It is the cutting and folding of parts according to plan as well as the realization of some threading and countersinking works, reaching a degree of Competitiveness such that it guarantees the Profitability of the Company.
We understand that for this it is essential to satisfy the client, meet their most demanding expectations and needs, as well as increase the client portfolio.
We opt for Quality as a determining element of an adequate Business Management that leads to the achievement of these objectives, maintaining the variety of products.
TEKLAN, S.L. undertakes to comply with the legal and regulatory requirements, as well as other requirements signed by the Company related to respect for the Environment and the dangers to health and safety at Work.
TEKLAN, S.L. undertakes to plan and develop the tools and means deemed appropriate to undertake a dynamic of CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT throughout the organization, through the definition and monitoring of Management indicators.
Recognize that our most important resource is People and the importance of the tasks they perform to achieve a quality service.
Therefore, in this Quality Project we want to integrate, involve and work as a team with all the people of TEKLAN, S.L. and also with all interested parties.
We have material resources and technical documentation appropriate to the work we perform and compatible with the technologies and the required Quality levels.
For all these reasons, we have documented and implemented a Quality System in accordance with the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001 standard, focused on Continuous Improvement and which is known, understood and applied by each and every one of the people who make up TEKLAN , S.L.
Objectives will be established that will be reviewed annually together with the Quality Policy.
Achieving these objectives is everyone’s responsibility, requiring the participation and collaboration of all TEKLAN, S.L. for which, the Management of the Company disseminates the established Quality Policy.
